7. Commandment: Paper possessions

The possession cap should only apply to potent possessions, such as: Real estate, gold/silver, land, or all commodities and/or resources. Paper possessions such as shares, money or digital assets should not be affected, as they have no negative impact on the real distribution of value.

8. Commandment: Anti-Corruption

All important personalities should have more possessions than they are allowed to have in the form of potent property, so that corruption becomes completely pointless.
